Angela Motsinger received the 2019 Women Business Advocate Award for her work with KDOT DBEs. She was honored at the 2019 Kansas Minority Development Enterprise Week (MED) luncheon held on October 10, 2019 in Topeka. MED Week is sponsored by the Kansas Department of Commerce’s Office of Minority and Women Business Development as a way to recognize outstanding achievement by women-owned businesses, young entrepreneurs, advocates, and corporations throughout the state of Kansas.
